At Viper Stunners, our sole mission is to ensure your complete

satisfaction with our self-protection devices. We fully stand behind the quality, design, and performance of every stunner carrying the Viper name. Each unit is individually tested and quality checked.

That's why we offer both a no-questions asked, full refund for 45 days after purchase and a limited lifetime warranty for the full extent of the working life of your unit that it shall be free of any defect in materials, workmanship, or performance. The following exceptions apply:

- Any damage, destruction, breakage and/or ruin caused by normal wear & tear, abuse or misuse, operation of the product in a manner inconsistent with the recommended operation, neglect, accident, submersion, user alteration or removal of parts, moisture or water contamination, parts loss, improper charging, or extended "dry firing" longer than 1 second.

- Unauthorized attempts at repair and/or use of non-approved replacement parts.

- All repairs or opening of unit itself shall be performed ONLY by approved dealer or manufacturer repair facilities. Any attempts

at such by the user are considered unauthorized and constitute

a breach of the user agreement, as outlined in the aforementioned, thereby voiding the warranty.

Our steadfast guarantee: If you treat your Viper Stunner with conscientious care as you would any portable electronic device,

it will provide you with years of reliable, hassle-free protection.

And, if for any reason, you're not 100% happy with your new Viper Stunner, simply follow the instructions below to return.

That's why we offer to the original purchaser a no-questions-asked, hassle-free return on every Viper Stunner.

For returns within 45 days of purchase, we'll gladly also reimburse the return shipping costs, in addition to the purchase price of up to $35 USD. Items must be in their original condition & packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Don't forget to include a copy of your shipping receipt.

Upon receipt and approved inspection of the unit, refunds will be issued via check by mail for purchase price and your reimbursed shipping costs. Viper is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transport. Delivery insurance is highly recommended.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing and delivery.

By purchasing and/or operating a Viper Stunner and activating it for any reason or purpose in any location, situation, circumstance, or condition whatsoever, you are entering in perpetuity into this user agreement to assume all responsibilities and risks associated with the possession and/or use of Viper Stunners.

And thereby agree to hold harmless Viper, ElectroGuard, their affiliates and manufacturers from all liabilities, damages, and judgments associated therein.
